THERESE BAUMGART is a Certified EFT Practitioner (EFTCert-1), certified hypnotist, long-time meditation student and published writer. Therese trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) with the method's founder, personal performance coach Gary Craig, including in-person workshops in foundational EFT, EFT For Serious Diseases, and Masters Bootcamp. She has also attended in-person EFT training in attracting prosperity with Dr. Carol Look.
Therese has studied both Eastern and Western styles of guided imagery (and was a participant in seminars taught by psychiatrist Gerald Epstein, M.D. and Buddhist meditation master Tulku Thondup).
Therese’s practice includes EFT for individuals; EFT group workshops in weight loss, clearing clutter and attracting prosperity; and past life hypnosis.
In the years before dedicating herself to the study and practice of energetic healing, EFT, and Hypnosis, Therese earned a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, with a major in Spanish. She has also taught English to adults, worked in the business community, and trained expectant parents as a certified Lamaze Instructor. |
